Sound healing is an ancient practice that uses vibrational frequencies to transition the brain from a state of active thinking to a restorative, meditative state. During this session, we will utilize a diverse range of modalities to facilitate deep relaxation and cellular renewal:

Crystal Singing Bowls: Precision-tuned frequencies that resonate with the body's energy centers to promote clarity and peace.

Tibetan Brass Bowls: Grounding, complex overtones that help release physical tension and "reset" the nervous system.

Koshi Chimes: Ethereal, elemental melodies that soothe the spirit and provide a gentle "awakening" at the close of the session.

Other Sacred Instruments: A curated selection of gongs, drums, or rattles may be integrated to clear stagnant energy.

Harmonic Chakra Alignment

The true power of sound lies in its ability to interact with the Chakra fields—the seven primary energy centers within the body. When these fields become blocked or sluggish, we often feel stressed, fatigued, or emotionally "stuck."

By bathing the body in specific resonant frequencies, we can effectively "tune" these centers. The vibrations act as a sonic massage, breaking up energetic blockages and encouraging the chakras to open and flow freely. This alignment helps restore your natural state of balance, leaving you feeling centered, rejuvenated, and deeply connected to yourself.

To get the most out of your 75-minute journey, I recommend following these simple steps to prepare your body and your space.

Hydrate: Sound vibrations travel most effectively through water. Drink plenty of water throughout the day leading up to your session.

Wear Comfortable Clothing: Choose loose, breathable layers without restrictive waistbands or heavy zippers so you can breathe deeply and remain still comfortably.

Eat Lightly: Try to avoid a heavy meal 1–2 hours before the session. A full stomach can be distracting when trying to reach a deep state of relaxation.

Set an Intention: Take a few moments before we begin to think about what you’d like to release or invite into your life during the experience.

Choose a Quiet Space: Select a room where you won’t be interrupted by pets, family members, or phone notifications.

Clear the Floor: Ensure there is enough floor space (roughly a 6x6 foot area) for your mat and for me to arrange the bowls and chimes around you.

Gather Comfort Items: While I provide the sound, you may want to have your favorite yoga mat, a plush blanket, a small pillow for your head, or an eye mask to enhance the sensory deprivation.

Temperature Control: Your body temperature will drop as you enter deep relaxation, so please ensure the room is slightly warmer than usual or have an extra blanket nearby.

I offer private and small group sessions during the day in at my residence in Clairemont, San Diego. 

Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in and transition away from the busyness of your day.

Everything is Provided: I provide high-quality mats, bolsters and blankets, but feel free to bring your own "comfort items" like an eye mask if they help you feel more at home. 

*If you are allergic or sensitive to any incense, please let me know ahead of time. I usually light incense clearing the air in a well-ventilated space before our session.
