This package moves beyond basic movement and dives into the connection between the physical body and mental clarity. Over five sessions, we shift from external alignment to internal awareness, incorporating deeper meditative techniques alongside the physical practice.

Progressive Sequencing: Each session builds in complexity, increasing your strength, flexibility, and balance.
Meditation Mastery: We explore different meditation styles (mantra, visualization, or mindfulness) to find the one that resonates most with you.
Prop Innovation: Learn how to use your home environment (pillows, chairs, and walls) to support a lifelong practice.
The "Fifth Session" Shift: The fifth session is often where the mind finally grows quiet—this is where the deepest transformation happens.

To get the most out of your 75-minute journey, I recommend following these simple steps to prepare your body and your space.
Hydrate: Drink plenty of water throughout the day leading up to your session.
Wear Comfortable Clothing: Choose loose, breathable layers without restrictive waistbands or heavy zippers so you can breathe deeply and remain still comfortably.
Eat Lightly: Try to avoid a heavy meal 1–2 hours before the session. A full stomach can limit movement and ease during a yogic session
Set an Intention: Take a few moments before we begin to think about what you’d like to release or invite into your life during the experience.
Choose a Quiet Space: Select a room where you won’t be interrupted by pets, family members, or phone notifications.
Clear the Floor: Ensure there is enough floor space (roughly a 6x6 foot area) for your mat and props around you.
Gather Props: Don't worry if you don't own professional yoga props! We can create a 'home-studio' setup using what you already have. In addition to your yoga mat, please have 2 bath towels available. I will bring a strap and blocks along for your practice.
Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in and transition away from the busyness of your day.
Everything is Provided: I provide high-quality mats, bolsters and blankets, but feel free to bring your own "comfort items" like an eye mask if they help you feel more at home.
*If you are allergic or sensitive to any incense, please let me know ahead of time. I usually light incense to clear the air in a well-ventilated space before our session.
